Custom Relocation Plan
Every relocation is different. Whether you're moving for a new job, to be closer to loved ones, or simply for a change of scenery, we build a step-by-step plan around your situation — covering everything that matters:
A complete neighborhood guide. We'll walk you through the valley's communities — Summerlin, Henderson, Southern Highlands, Skye Canyon, and beyond — and narrow it to the ones that fit your lifestyle, commute, and budget. You've seen them on the channel; we'll help you pick yours.
Hands-on home search. With full access to current MLS listings — and the off-market ones — we'll line up homes that match your must-haves and tour them with you, in person or live on video, so nothing slips by.
Logistics, handled. Movers, temporary housing, lenders, inspectors, contractors — we'll connect you with the trusted local pros who make the physical move painless from start to finish.
School & community info. Clear, factual information on the Clark County School District, charter and private options, healthcare, parks, and things to do — so you can weigh what matters most to your household and settle in fast.
A personalized timeline. A step-by-step schedule built around your dates — from the first call and pre-approval all the way to packing, closing, and keys — so you always know what's next.
Built for out-of-state moves. Relocating from another state or buying before you can visit? We do it constantly, with full video tours and local eyes on every home, so you're never guessing.

Relocation FAQ
Is there really no state income tax in Nevada?
Correct — Nevada has no personal state income tax. You'll still pay federal income tax, sales tax (about 8.4% in Clark County), and property tax, and most newer neighborhoods have HOA dues. Try our cost calculator, then we'll walk through real monthly numbers for the communities you're considering.
How hot does it actually get?
Summers are hot — triple digits are normal from June through September — but it's a dry heat, and life adapts: early-morning hikes, pools, and shaded patios. Spring and fall are spectacular, winters are mild, and higher areas like Summerlin and Anthem run a few degrees cooler. More in our summer heat guide.
Which part of the valley is right for me?
It depends on your commute, budget, and lifestyle. Summerlin puts you next to Red Rock; Henderson (Green Valley, Anthem, Inspirada, Cadence) ranges from established to brand-new; the Southwest and Southern Highlands keep you close to the Strip and airport; Skye Canyon and Centennial Hills give you more space up north. Start with the community guides or tell us what matters most.
What are HOAs like here?
Most newer neighborhoods have an HOA — sometimes two (a master association plus a sub-association) — and guard-gated communities cost more. Some newer areas also carry special assessments (SIDs/LIDs). See our HOA & SID guide.
Can you help me sell the home I have now?
Yes. We'll connect you with a trusted agent wherever you live now and coordinate both sides, so the sale of your current home lines up with your Las Vegas purchase and you move once, not twice.
How does buying from out of state work?
We tour homes with you over live video, handle showings and offers on your behalf, attend inspections, and coordinate remote closing — so you can buy with confidence before you ever set foot here. Here's the step-by-step.
How do we get started?
